We get this one precious life. This one experience as us. No matter what challenges, what traumas we've experienced, I believe there comes a defining moment that helps us to actually, truly understand who we are why we are here. The unique way of journaling that I teach is what brought me to my defining moment. I had been living in Groundhog Day, repeating the same patterns, the same experiences over and over and over. I realized that I needed to choose something different. How many of you are ready for different? How many of you are ready to make that choice to change those narratives? My growth journey became my mission and my passion. I want to spread the word that you are not alone. I want to tell that I want to walk with you through that journey so that in the darkness you know that there is a way out. You can find that self-trust within you that no matter how chaotic your life is, no matter how dark it may feel there is always a way out and there is someone in your corner cheering you on, holding space for those moments, those feelings, those tears. What I know is that as we acknowledge it, we can see it and we can honor it, then we are able to feel it, ready to heal it ultimately so that we can express it and create that new reality. Give yourself permission to heal what you did not inflict upon yourself, but that is up to you to make the choice to heal. It's from that place, a new story can begin.
